Coach Higgins brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our training programs. With a degree in Exercise Science from Andrews University and certifications as an Athletic Trainer and CSCS, Coach Higgins is dedicated to ensuring the success and well-being of every athlete who walks through our doors. With 23 years of experience in the Martin County Educational System, Coach Higgins understands the unique needs and challenges facing young athletes.

As a former baseball player and Athletic Trainer/Strength & Conditioning Coach for the New York Mets, Coach Higgins brings firsthand knowledge of elite-level athletics to our training programs. Additionally, his experience as a coach for middle school and high school basketball, track, and baseball teams further enriches our training approach.
